Heiko Schipper
Heiko Schipper was appointed Business Group President, Nutrition in May 2024.

Prior to this role he was a Member of the Board of Management of Bayer and President of Bayer’s Consumer Health Division.
Heiko completed his Masters in Business Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Starting in 1994, he acquired his first professional experience at Heineken. Subsequently he joined Nestlé as an international sales and marketing trainee in 1996. At Nestlé he developed his career in sales and marketing management roles in Bangladesh and Indonesia and at the company’s global headquarters in Switzerland. He then took up general management roles of increasing importance in the Philippines and, from 2007 to 2013, in Greater China. In 2013, Heiko moved back to Switzerland to lead the global Infant Nutrition Division. He was appointed CEO Nestlé Nutrition and joined the Nestlé Group Executive Board in October 2014.
Heiko is married and has three children. He is passionate about football and an avid supporter of Ajax football club.
